Man steals greyhound bus, When someone suggests you 'take the bus,' do not literally take the bus.

Police in upstate New York say that a 39-year-old man planning to give himself a lift to a friend's Christmas party stole a Greyhound coach on Sunday, only to be caught by authorities several hours later.

Andrew Hickey, of Peekskill, allegedly boarded the empty bus because it was running and he was cold waiting at the Syracuse bus station, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office told WSYR.

Hickey, who does have a commercial driver's license, proceeded to drive the bus 70 miles toward his friend's Watertown home before Greyhound officials used GPS to remotely disable the bus and notified authorities of its exact location, the Associated Press reports.

Hoffa rose to fame as the Teamsters leader, but was booted from power after being convicted of jury tampering, conspiracy and mail and wire fraud.

Hoffa disappeared in 1975 while reportedly on his way to meet two mafia figures.

He was declared legally dead in 1982, but his body has never been found.

Mo'Nique smelly house lawsuit, The celebrity website TMZ.com is reporting that actress Mo'Nique is suing her landlords in Georgia -- demanding she be let out of her $22,000-a-month rental contract -- because her house smells like dog feces.

The Academy Award-winning "Precious" actress filed the papers in Fulton County in response to her landlords' lawsuit -- which claims the actress bailed on her two-year lease agreement, signed in March, and owes $370,000 in unpaid rent and other charges, the website reported Friday.

But, according to TMZ, Mo'Nique insists there's a good reason she's walking out on the rental contract -- the house stinks of dog feces, wet dog, and urine (of unknown origin) ... not to mention an overflowing septic tank.

And, according to TMZ, Mo'Nique also said the house had a bad mold problem and the security gate was broken.

TMZ also said that Mo'Nique claims she struck a verbal agreement with the landlords, allowing her to renege on her contract with 60 days' notice because of all the problems -- but Mo' claims her landlords aren't living up to their word.
