Dead man bees
Dead man bees_ A dead man with a swarm of bees were found in a Miami home. While his lifeless body was covered with 60,000 stinging insects, the cause of death has not been determined.
Authorities say the home Donald Mason was living in was built in the 1920s. Today the two-story four bedroom wooden home sits in the Little Havana neighborhood near the river. It has withstood hurricanes and city expansion along the way.

However, on Saturday Mason's daughter found him unresponsive in his home, and called in an emergency.
But it was too late; Donald Mason was dead. When paramedics arrived they found the dead man covered in bees, according to the Huffington Post.
"When police officers arrived, they could hear a humming noise, like the walls were alive. Although we are awaiting the autopsy, and right now the death is considered unclassified, the fall likely had more to do with his death than anything to do with the bees ~ Miami Police Department spokespers
According to family members, Mason loved the home so much that he spent a great deal of time fixing it up and making small renovations. They believe he fell from a ladder while trying to swat the insects while fogging.
"His heart was there, but the effort was too much for him, especially on a limited budget. But he loved this home," said Tim Mason an older brother.
Because the home was infested with the swarming insects, authorities called in an expert in extermination. After looking over Donald Mason's home, "the bee man" estimated as many as 60,000 bees were inside the residence.
