Dawson was arrested in Centerville, Iowa, last week after a woman complained to police that he offered her oral sex in exchange for repayment of a loan.

The woman says Dawson made his salacious offer, then kissed her repeatedly on the neck without her consent.

Dawson, who is also a candidate for city council, was charged with prostitution and intent to commit sexual abuse. He was released from jail after paying a two-thousand dollar bail, and is now presumably back on the street and open for business.
