Cyrus, 19, took to Twitter to bash speculation that she got breast-enhancement plastic surgery, tweeting on Dec. 13, 2011:

"Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!

HA! Yeah! And I'm 19!!! BOOBS GROW, PEOPLE!"

Miley flaunted her ample cleavage in a low-cut Roberto Cavalli gown at the CNN's Heroes Awards ceremony Dec. 7, prompting speculation she had gone under the knife.

Cyrus was accompanied by her boyfriend, Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, 21.

'I'm on a Health Kick Now'

Miley, who recently made headlines for joking that she's a "pothead," came under fire in 2010 when she was caught on video smoking salvia from a bong.


Cyrus, who concedes that different standards apply to her because she's a role model for some young fans, recently became a fan of these "amazing spinach smoothies" her cook prepares because she's "on a health kick."

The leggy Miley has had a personal trainer since age 14 and stays fit by running, lifting weights and doing lots of crunches and lunges.
