50 cent lawsuit by rick ross baby mama over sex tape, It looks like 50 Cent may have gone too far this time.

Yesterday, Lastonia Leviston, the mother of rapper Rick Ross' daughter reportedly filed a lawsuit in a Manhattan courthouse, claiming that 50 unlawfully distributed a private sex tape with her in it.

Last year, on his site called boobootv.com, 50 Cent, who's real name is Curtis Jackson, did release a sex tape which he narrated under the guise of a character named "Pimpin' Curly." In the 13-Minute Video, (warning: sexually explicit) Jackson dons a curly wig, along with a purple faux fur coat, then proceeds to do play-by-play of a sex act between a woman he identifies as "Brooke," Rick Ross' baby mama, and a unidentified gentleman.

The tape was aired as part of a feud between the two rap artists, during which 50 Cent promised to ruin Ross' career. This was the latest in a long line of rap battles involving Jackson, with former targets including rappers Ja-Rule, The Game, Cam'ron, and many others.
