According to Hollywood Life, it sounds more like speculation than fact, but see for yourself the reasons these sources believe Jen is expecting.

First of all, sources claim that Aniston came right out and said she'd been suffering from morning sickness when she and Justin Theroux were vacationing in Hawaii.

"She was very vocal that she had been sick the whole time and even contemplated cutting the trip short," one source says.

Another little tidbit has Jennifer Aniston at a party on August 20, actually seen with what appeared to be a little baby bulge. Top that off with the fact that she wasn't partaking of any sort of alcoholic beverage whatsoever--is that case getting any stronger?
Now here's a pretty big factor in this whole mystery. Jen is known for being an avid cigarette smoker, and she has reportedly quit smoking altogether.

Yet another source claims that Jennifer Aniston is expecting twins. Why twins? Well, it could have something to do with the numerous visits she has made in recent weeks to her ob-gyn.

"Jen was seeing ob-gyn Dr. Robert Katz in Beverly Hills regularly this spring to see how fertile she is. She had blood work done to check her hormone levels. It's clear Jennifer wants a baby - she may even be pregnant with twins by now," the source reveals.
So what do you think? Is this simply the result of sources piecing together random bits of information or are Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux actually expecting twins? Jen has always made it clear that she wants to have a family; and even though she's the picture of youth and good health, she is getting older where fertility is concerned.
