The makers of an online children's game from promoting an animated character called Lady Goo Goo.
The animated character is from the Moshi Monsters online game owned by the firm Mind Candy that is UK based.

The Web site is quite popular among kids, since it contains parodies of different celebrities, like Justin Bieber and Britney Spears.
The Lawsuit was claimed only to avoid consumer confusion.
Moshi Monsters have been prevented from promoting or marketing any songs or videos by Lady Goo Goo by the court orders.
