$336 million powerball jackpot _The $336 million Powerball jackpot is the third-largest in history. The winner of Saturday's drawing has not yet come forward.
The lottery winner of a whopping $336 million jackpot has yet to claim the prize, officials say.
The lucky Powerball ticket comes from Rhode Island; it was purchased at a Stop & Shop supermarket in Newport, lottery officials announced Monday at a press conference.
This is the third-largest Powerball jackpot in history, but if the winner chooses the cash option, the after-tax payout will be $210 million, the game's largest ever cash jackpot, ABC News reported.
The winning numbers, 1-10-37-52-57, with a Powerball of 11, were drawn Saturday and are posted on the official Powerball website.
To win, players must pick all five numbers from a pool of 59, as well as the correct Powerball number, drawn from a pool of 35. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 175,223,510, according to New Jersey’s Star-Ledger.
The jackpot nearly doubled from $173.5 million on Feb. 1, since the ticket price increased from $1 to $2 last month, according to The Associated Press. Next week's draw is $40 million.
