Amanda Bynes DUI, Actress Amanda Bynes was arrested in West Hollywood early this morning on DUI charges.
Bynes, 26, was pulled over after sideswiping a deputy. She was attempting to pass the police car in her black BMW, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Her bail was set at five-thousand dollars and no one was injured.

KABC reports she has been released.
She was being held in the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station.
A court date has not been set.
Bynes is known for her roles in “She’s the Man”, “What a Girl Wants” and the television show “What I Like About You,” also starring Jennie Garth.
