A youngster is heading to a national spelling bee.

In fact, at just 6-years-old, it's the word that she might be the youngest speller ever to qualify for the Scripps National Spelling Bee, according to the event's record books.

Lori Anne Madison beat out 21 other kids in the Prince William County spelling bee, earning her spot in the national bee. Before her, the youngest speller was 8-years-old.
