Query: Man arrested for fake ID with celeb's photo_A Brazilian man appeared to be flying over the cuckoo's nest earlier this week when he was caught using a fake ID -- with a photo of Jack Nicholson.
Ricardo Sergio Freire de Barros was arrested Tuesday in the Brazilian city of Recife. De Barros was allegedly attempting to open a bank account using the photo ID of the 74-year-old two-time Oscar winner.

Unfortunately, the 41-year-old man looked nothing like one the world's most recognizable actors and was caught, despite signing the card with the name Joao Pedro dos Santos.
De Barros, who is charged with using false documents and falsifying a public document, would have done well to learn from a previous celebrity ID forger.
In 2006, a salesman in the United Arab Emirates attempted to use an ID card with Brad Pitt's photo to defraud a money exchanger of $23,000.
Though the 29-year-old Jordanian also used a different name from the "Tree of Life" star's, he was arrested on charges of forgery and attempted embezzlement.
He claimed he didn't know who Pitt was and had simply downloaded an image of the 48-year-old actor from the internet.
Not exactly a megamind.
