Power couple building villa-style megamansion,Tom Brady, all-star NFL quarterback for the New England Patriots and wife Gisele Bundchen, all-star lingerie model for Victoria’s Secret, are selling their posh Boston pehuse*. First listed in 2009 for $11 million, they’re now asking for $10.5 million.
Tom Brady and Gisele’s classy pad covers 5,311 square feet and two floors in the Black Bay neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. It has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and huge living room with a high-vaulted ceilings and two fireplaces. It features a screening room, solarium and an outdoor kitchen on the roof deck. The master bedroom has his and hers dressing rooms and a marble soaking tub. The building includes a high-tech gym and club room and Brady’s pehuse* includes a four-car garage.

Gisele and Tom currently live with their two kids in a $10 million mansion in Brookline, just on the edge of Boston, Massachusetts. The gated mansion has eleven rooms total, four bedrooms, five bathrooms, seven fireplaces, a high-end kitchen, a pool, large deck and several porches. The home is actually an historic mansion built in 1850 that has been fully renovated. It covers roughly 10,000 square feet on a 3 acre lot.

The power couple has an even bigger home in the works out in Los Angeles. Still under construction, this mega-mansion is said to cost $20 million and will be about 22,000 square feet, more than twice the size of their current mansion. From the picture, I don’t think anyone has a final total of all the rooms yet but it does have a covered bridge to connect the two wings. It’s that huge. It will include a wine cellar, large gym, a nursery for their two kids and a lagoon-styled pool. Here they’ll find other mega-rich celebrity neighrbours such as Arnold Schwarzenegger and model Heidi Klum.
