Artist Kills 9,000 Butterflies,Damien Hirst has never been a fan favorite among the animal rights activist crowd.
They weren't in love his formaldehyde-soaked shark and they weren’t so hot on his severed cow’s head, so you can understand how they might have reacted to the butterfly massacre that was his most recent exhibit.

Hirst has been called many things throughout the span of his long, controversial career, but never before has he held the moniker of “butterfly murderer.”
