David Boreanaz terms of the settlement are secret, TV hunk David Boreanaz has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him by an extra on his hit show Bones.

Kristina Hagan alleged in the lawsuit married Boreanaz pleasured himself in front of her and sent her "sexually inappropriate" text messages, including a picture of his penis.

The suit claimed Boreanaz, 41, told her he was an executive producer on Bones and could "make things happen for her".

Boreanaz's lawyer dismissed the allegations as 'absurd' when the lawsuit was filed in July last year.

The terms of the settlement are confidential, celebrity website TMZ reports.

Hagan claimed the alleged incidents started in August 2009 when she was working as an extra on Bones.

She was represented by Gloria Allred, who sued Boreanaz and Fox, the network that airs Bones.
