Kelsey Grammer Kayte Walsh wed stage
The Tony Award nominee exchanged vows with British flight attendant Kayte Walsh, 29, on the Longacre Theater stage - where Grammer just finished a critically praised run in "La Cage Aux Folles."
Their May-December romance led to a December engagement, just months after the couple first met. Grammer, 56, split with "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Camille Grammer after 13 years and two children.
The private afternoon wedding before family and friends preceded the evening show of the cross-dressing play and was followed by a reception at The Plaza.
The beaming bride-to-be showed up at the theater wearing a white bathrobe before slipping into her satin wedding gown.
Before Grammer's nuptials, his most recent ex-wife made her own vow: to get on with her life.
"I was sad and wanted to make things work, but I'm completely fine now," Camille Grammer told RadarOnline.com. "I'm moving on."
Camille Grammer, whose divorce became final Feb. 7, said she wished the newlyweds well.
"We spent many great years together and we've been through a lot," she said of the former "Cheers" star. "But at the end of the day, he's made his decision and I'll be fine."
