Lindsay Lohan probation
Lindsay Lohan probation_Lindsay Lohan returns to court Tuesday to give a judge her second update on how she is faring under strict new probation requirements.
The hearing is expected to be similar to her last progress update: short and without any major drama.
During her last probation check-up in December, the judge praised Lohan for keeping up with her community service and therapy.
Lohan, 25, has been doing cleanup work at the county morgue and attending psychotherapy sessions in an effort to avoid problems with her probation for separate drunken driving and theft cases.
Steve Honig, spokesman for the actress, said Lohan has made community service her "primary focus" and is eager for Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner to receive the details.
KTLA reports that Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail last November after she admitted she violated her probation on a necklace theft conviction.
The probation has been a problem for Lohan in the past until Sautner imposed a series of tough new rules in November, including monthly meetings with the court.
If the actress stays on track, her probation will be eased March 29, Sautner said. If she doesn't keep up with the requirements, she will serve the additional 270 days behind bars.
