Brooke mueller cocaine
Brooke mueller cocaine, Looks like Brooke Mueller hasn’t kicked that drug habit after all. Charlie Sheen’s ex was arrested last night for assault and possession of cocaine, yikes.RadarOnline is reporting that Mueller was busted for cocaine on Friday night in Aspen, Colorado. The celebrity site is further claiming that the train wreck was also booked on an assault charge. An Aspen PD spokesperson has confirmed Brooke was taken into custody and that she was released on an $11,000 bond. Details about what went down are unclear at this moment but word on the street is that the Aspen Police Department will be issuing a statement about that shortly.
If this sounds familiar well it is. Two years ago at Christmas time in Aspen, Colorado was the infamous Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen blowout that involved drugs and him allegedly attacking her with a knife. Since that incident Brooke’s life has seemed to be nothing but a disaster. She has done a number of unsuccessful stints in rehab, including one earlier this year that did nothing for her. Along with her drug problem she and Sheen were in a custody battle for their two sons, Max and Bob for awhile but as of last summer they seem to be sharing custody. These two don’t exactly seem like they would be fit parents but guess that is not my choice.
Unfortunately the latest drama surrounding Mueller doesn’t come as a big surprise. She just can’t seem to get her life together. I realize she is an addict and addiction is a disease but she just seems to keep hurting herself and those close to her. I understand we don’t know all the details surrounding what happened but I for one hope that this time Brooke’s actions have consequences, if not for her sake then for the sake of those two boys. Stay tuned my friends this is just the beginning of this story!
TMZ report Brooke has been charged with one count of having more than 4 grams of cocaine but prosecutors have covered their backs by filing another count - possessing less than 4 grams, in case there is a problem with the measurement.
The amount of coke the 34-year-old star allegedly possessed determines how she will be sentenced.
For more than four grams, Brooke could face six years in prison and for less than four grams, she will receive a lighter sentence of 18 months in prison.
But since she would be a first time offender - she will most likely get probation.
Things are not looking good for Brooke who was also charged with assaulting a woman earlier that night which caused bodily injury.
A spokesman for the City of Aspen and Pitkin County Police said at the time: “Officers with the Aspen Police Department were on a routine walk through when they contacted a woman who reported an assault which had taken place.
Felony charges of cocaine possession and possession with intent to distribute — that’s more than 4 grams — were filed the afternoon of Feb. 17, along with a misdemeanor charge of third-degree assault, according to the Aspen Times. The charging documents reference 11 witnesses to the night’s events, the Times said.
Mueller was arrested in the wee hours Dec. 3 at the downtown Aspen nightclub Escobar on suspicion of assaulting another woman hours earlier at the nearby Belly Up Aspen bar. At least 4 grams of cocaine was found in her possession, police said at the time.
The last time Mueller was involved in a high-profile Aspen arrest, she was the victim, not the alleged perp. It was Christmas morning 2009, when she called 911 to report she was being attacked by her then-husband, Charlie Sheen
