After learning of Whitney Houston's passing, it was reported that Cissy and her niece, Dionne Warwick, freaked out and were inconsolable. However, they have to plan Whitney's services (which are scheduled for Thursday night and Friday) and they have undoubtedly been leaning on each other and other family members to try and get through it.

Whitney's mother, Cissy, has proven to be a huge support system for her daughter throughout the years. Their relationship was what every mother wishes to have with her daughter, and Cissy, like the rest of the world, is at a loss to say the least.
