Boreanaz is probably most known for his role in Buffy The Vampire Slayer, followed by his leading role in the Buffy spin-off, Angel. He has managed to land a few other gigs, most notably his current spot in Bones. He could be in hot water following some allegations that Star Magazine is making this week. The tab claims that he had a juicy affair while his wife was pregnant with their second child. The report states that the two met while he was celebrating his 40th birthday at Griffin nightclub. “He was attracted to Rachel and asked her for her number…She gave him her card, and he texted her that night to have a drink with him. She went, and they had a major connection.”

The alleged affair ended when Rachel decided enough was enough just before Boreanaz’s wife was to give birth to their next child. A ‘source’ who claims to be close to David says that it was not a one or two time thing, and that they spent hours on the phone with each other. The source even alleges that they were very passionate, saying: “David would walk in the door, and they’d have sex right away…He told her, ‘Every time I have sex with you is like the first time.’” The report even contains grumblings about David wanting to ditch his wife for Uchitel, but that it never came to pass.

If these rumors and allegations are true, that totally ruins my image of him! When he was on Buffy he was the only vampire with a soul (for the most part), and after being such a fiend for the show I formed the mental image of him as some sort of savior.
