Geri Halliwell Underwear For Sale Online With Next---The lingerie company, Geri Halliwell has started sales of underwear collection with Next shops and online on its website. Previously the company designed a range of swimwear and evening dresses for the high street chain.

The company’s chief executive, Lord Wolfson has warned that economic conditions had deteriorated, echoing many other shopkeepers, who have fretted that consumers have stopped spending in recent weeks.

The range, available in A-DD cup, will hit stores in Spring 2012.

Retail sales fell 3.3pc in the third quarter to the end of October, worse than the first-half’s 1.8pc decline, with trading hit by warmer temperatures at the end of September, which put many customers off buying scarves, coats and jumpers.

Now the new retail prices will be at around £24 and £12 for lingeries.

Geri Halliwell is the second biggest clothing brand behind Marks & Spencer and the former Spice Girl singer is attracting customers back into the shops and onto the website.

Next shares rose 6.5 percent to 2,723 pence, the steepest gain since Sept. 15. They have advanced 38 percent this year.
