Nikki Cox plastic surgery_Nikki Cox, best known for her roles on Unhappily Ever After and Las Vegas, has never talked openly about her plastic surgery, but there's a ton of chatter out there about alleged lip injections and even cheek enhancement. Most of it is not very positive.


"Her lips are way, way overdone.... This is not a good look for her," a plastic surgeon quoted by Star magazine said. Plus, "Her cheeks seem to puff out," he notes, then added they could be the result of fat from the tummy area being injected into her face. Yikes!

Most people say her lips are way to big in proportion to the rest of her face, and they prefer the Nikki Cox of yore, without the oversized features.
