Melissa Gilbert Gentle Rehearsal_Melissa Gilbert is back on the Dancing With the Stars studio Wednesday morning for a "gentle rehearsal."

Feeling better from an injury she received while dancing a paso doble with pro-dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy on Monday, Melissa is back for some light practice, People magazine first reported.

"Nobody puts Halfpint in the corner!" Melissa tweeted on Wednesday, "Going to attempt a gentle rehearsal in a bit."

After news spread that Melissa had to be taken to the hospital for whiplash and a concussion, it was not known whether she'd be able to return to the show. However, after voters kept her in the running, Maks remained hopeful that the House in the Prairie alum would be able to return.

Meanwhile, Maks had also made some remarks that insinuated that injuries on DWTS are often exaggerated for ratings. But, he would not comment on Melissa's condition at the time, and just said he hoped she'd be able to continue.

DWTS returns on Monday for Latin night, hopefully Melissa will get in enough practice to be able to put on a good performance!
