Actress takes loss on NYC condos, Jennifer Aniston Sells Apartments, Jennifer Aniston has sold her two New York City apartments for $6.5 million. However, while that’s a sum most of us can only dream of blowing on a pair of condos, Aniston has lost $500,000 on the properties.

An anonymous buyer coughed up $6.5 million for the actress’ two West Village condos, a one-bedroom p******se and a one-bedroom condo on the building’s 17th floor.

Aniston, who paid $7.01 million for the two pre-war apartments, had planned on combining both condos, according to the New York Post.

The sale comes just a few months after Aniston purchased an 8,500-sq.-ft. Los Angeles estate with long-term partner Justin Theroux, 40. The pair moved in there late last year.

“We tried New York,” said the 43-year-old Wanderlust star, 43, whose most famous role as Rachel in Friends will forever link her to the Big Apple. “It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn’t feel like the New York I grew up in and knew.”
