CSI star bankruptcy- Troubled star Gary Dourdan has filed for bankruptcy.

Dourdan, who starred on “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” in the role of Warrick Brown, has struggled with financial issues and battled to stop foreclosure proceedings on his Venice, California home this summer.

The actor was sued over a credit card debt in 2010 and filed an injunction in August to prevent Wells Fargo from auctioning off his home, accusing the lender of failing to offer any type of relief plan.

Now, Gary Dourdan has filed for bankruptcy and claims he has a little over $1.8 million in assets but owes creditors $1.73 million for bills and to the bank.

Dourdan claimed assets such as his 2006 Dodge Charger worth $7,000, furniture worth an estimated $4,000. $1,500 in clothing, and about $500 in jewelry.

The 45-year-old actor earns an average of $14,883 but after his bills he is only left with $321 every month.

Dourdan was arrested in April 2008 in Palm Springs after police discovered “suspected cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, miscellaneous prescription drugs and paraphernalia” in his possession.

In June 2011, Gary Dourdan was arrested after he crashed his vehicle into two parked cars. He was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

His latest arrest was in November 2011 when he was taken into custody after a violent altercation with his girlfriend, Nicole Vail Cannizzaro. The judge issued a three-year restraining order against Dourdan.
