Giuliana rancic baby-E! personality Giuliana Rancic and her husband, Bill, hosted a shower to reveal the sex of their baby-to-be in Los Angeles last weekend, complete with festive invitations asking guests, "Blue or pink: what do you think?"

Like us, many guests were presumably thinking blue, since Bill Rancic accidentally used a masculine pronoun when referring to the little one in a recent interview with Hollywood Life.

But Bill is certainly not the first to unintentionally reveal the gender of his unborn child. Plenty of other expectant stars -- and their close friends, family and colleagues -- have done the same.
