The supermodel-turned-TV titan, who is famous for her use of weaves and wigs, has filed suit against 10 separate companies who have allegedly used her trademark.

According to TMZ.com, which has obtained the suit, Banks claims her image and name is used to advertise the companies’ products.

The “America’s Next Top Model” star is seeking an injunction to prevent the sale of the items, and wants $10 million in damages.
