Later Monday, Travis apologized, saying through his rep that the events followed "an evening of celebrating the Super Bowl" and that he took full responsibility for his actions.

Travis, who divorced Elizabeth Travis, his wife-manager of 19 years, in 2010, told the arresting officer he'd had a fight with his girlfriend and was trying to get home. He won't be home for long: The country star is kicking off a North American tour on Friday.
