Cameron Diaz Golf Like Crack,January 12 -- For those of you digging out from under mounds of snow, here’s a little story about another kind of white powder. Seems there’s something about golf that Cameron Diaz just can’t shake. In fact, the “There's Something About Mary” star and leading woman actor in the upcoming “Green Hornet” movie says she’s hooked on the addictive game.
"I've been golfing for about eight years but I hadn't golfed for, like, three years until recently... because it's kind of like crack cocaine to me,” Diaz recently told Starpulse.com. “I'm getting my clubs fitted...and I'm very excited."
Golf is nothing new to Diaz, whose “There's Something About Mary” character was a golfer who schooled an ogling flirt looking for a quick lesson. “Yeah, don’t talk in someone’s backswing,” advised “Mary.”
Another fun fact: Diaz, who dated Justin Timberlake of the Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospital Open Golf tourney, reportedly loves to play golf barefoot.
In her new film, Diaz plays Britt Reid’s (played by Seth Rogan) secretary at The Daily Sentinel.
