Aaliyah new album

Aaliyah new album, s the fourth album and first compilation album by the American singer Aaliyah, released posthumously by Blackground Records on December 10, 2002, in the United States. Along with her hit singles, a number of shelved tracks were included on the album, including the singles "Miss You", "Don't Know What to Tell Ya", and "Come Over". The unreleased tracks are generally less edgy than her last album, focusing on R&B rather than rock with the exception of the Nine Inch Nails influenced beat of "Erica Kane". A special edition was issued with a bonus DVD.

Eleven years after the tragic plane crash that took her life, a new Aaliyah album is said to be in production. R&B producer J. Dub claimed to have received news tracks he produced for the late singer will be on her upcoming project. J. Dub’s production work will be featured on the song called “Steady Ground,” which was written by Aaliyah’s late friend Static Major.

Timbaland also expressed he would be working on the next Aaliyah album. the producer /rapper said he produced a catalogue worth of Aaliyah material, but only 15 songs made the upcoming album and the rest of them were on Aaliyah’s posthumous greatest hits effort.

While two of the producers working on the upcoming project have confirmed its existence, there has been no confirmation from Aaliyah’s label. So we will have to wait and see if this project actually gets a release date.
Aaliyah, who tragically died in 2001, might be the latest deceased artist to release a posthumous album. Her final record, Aaliyah, came out just one month before she passed, though two compilations have been released since. But Soul Culture reports that a new album using previously unheard vocal tracks appears to be in the works. Apparently Jeffrey Walker, of production team the Hitmen, tweeted out that a track he produced for Aaliyah will be on her upcoming album. We'll keep you updated on this news going forward.
