Jane Seymour splits--Jane Seymour is making her breakup from James Keachofficial. Six months after announcing their split after 20 years of marriage, the 62-year-old actress has filed for legal separation.

TMZ reports that Seymour cited irreconcilable differences in the legal documents, which were filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court.

The British actress and actor-director Keach, 65, announced they were separating in a joint statementto Us Weekly in April. "Jane Seymour and James Keach confirm that they are separated and have been for several months. At this time they are negotiating the terms of their divorce," the couple said at the time. "They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they've worked on throughout their marriage."

The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman star and the American director share twin sons John and Kristopher, 17. In her filing, Seymour reportedly requested joint legal and physical custody. She is not, however, requesting spousal support.
